Porktropolis provides you a unique chance to experience the whole event. We start about 9-10 hours prior to the serving time. All hot food is prepared on location fresh. You will enjoy the slight smell of smoke in the early hours, thens when the fat starts to run the incredible pork smell starts as your guests arrive. Finishing the roast is my favorite part. We encourage you and your guests to gather around and take photos. I am always happy to have an audience while carving. Questions are always welcome.
